In her program Odyssey of Change, Ellen uses powerful coaching exercises designed by Dr. Martha Beck to support women as they identify and process the beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviors that interfere with living their life to the fullest. She teams with her clients to identify and dissolve the beliefs that limit their success and happiness. Both a therapist and life coach, Ellen brings 25 years experience in helping women deal with extreme life challenges to her coaching practice.
